This is a Student Volunteer position for the Admin team at Elias Psychotherapy. The volunteer will support clients, therapists, and referral partners with intake, billing, and scheduling. This position is fully remote, although in-person training will be offered to those interested.

Requirements
We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic individual who is committed to contributing meaningfully to our team. The ideal candidate will have:
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to manage tasks like scheduling, billing, and intake with attention to detail.
Excellent Communication Skills
Professional and compassionate communication skills for interacting with clients, therapists, and referral partners.
Reliability & Responsibility
A dependable and proactive approach to meeting deadlines and supporting the team.
Vulnerable Sector Check
A recent vulnerable sector check will be required before finalizing the volunteer agreement to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff.
